• How long is the processing time? All orders take 1-4 business days to process.

• Is processing time and shipping time the same length of time? no shipping time is different from process time, combine both then you will know when your package should arrive. 

 

• How long does my order take to ship? Each order is shipped out every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and sometimes Saturday, your order will be shipped out on any of these days that comes first after being process.

 

• Why is their mineral oil in each gloss? Mineral oil helps reduce water loss from the skin and keeps it moist and soft for a long period of time plus gives the gloss an extra shiny look.

 

• What Is the mineral oil that is used made from? Our mineral oil is made from refining petroleum and is also clear and odorless.

• Is there a return policy? At the moment we don't accept returns because of the nature of most of our products it's not sanitary to take them back if you have any issue with products kindly contact us 24 hours after receiving them.
